HUCK FINN COMMENTS: I never thought overexposure was a bad thing. But after this week, I'm convinced that it can work against you. Obama is leading Hillary. The momentum is in his favor, but the thing working against him is overexposure in the "non-biased" media.
Everywhere, I hear Obama this and Obama that.
Once the media picks a horse to ride, they really ride it. Obama is being ridden right now, but the media's been known to instantly change horses.
I said In my previous blog (PutinToon 62: Bush to give out FREE Oil Rigs) that Hillary should lighten up (This is not an
endorsement for Hillary, I am still undecided). I recommended she get on the comedy circuit and appear on as many funny shows as possible.
Last night, Hillary made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live.
Hillary will appear on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Monday before the primary in Texas and Ohio. She should get on David Letterman and Jay Leno as well. Looks like someone at the Hillary camp might be reading my advice.
Obama is so overexposed he shows up higher than Britney Spears on internet searches.
How dare Obama beat Britney Spears in the exposure department. I'm furious Obama has the balls to compete with "Queen of Drama Queens."
Because there are so many voters who can decide either way, overexposure just might work against Obama on Tuesday. There were times where I thought Obama was going to take Hillary down in Texas and Ohio. But because of Obama's recent over-saturation on traditional media, my prediction for Tuesday is as follows:
Hillary will win Ohio, and Hillary will win Texas by a handful of votes.
I can't wait for Tuesday. It'll be a fun time for all if Hillary wins so she and Obama can continue their love fest (See PutinToon 31: Hillary, Obama "Love Fest".) until the Democratic Convention in Denver.
What would Putin do? Would he be willing to get on Saturday Night Live to promote his decision to run for the President of U.S.?
Da, that is the question.
