PutinToon 15 - Bush's Energy Independence Plan

HUCK FINN COMMENTS: I've been watching closely President Bush's trip to Middle East. I can't figure out  what on Earth he was trying to accomplish.

I heard he sold $20 Billion dollars worth of weapons to Saudi Arabia. (I'm sure our military manufacturers needed a little boost right now since we're in recession.)

During the visit, Bush asked OPEC to increase oil production. The logic behind increasing production is to lower oil prices -- causing the price at the pump to go down, leaving American's with more cash to buy more lead-based crap from China, and allowing American auto companies to keep making BIGGER and larger SUVs, leading to the end of our efforts to make more fuel-efficient cars. Brilliant. Just brilliant.

PutinToon 14 - Putin's Betting Odds...

HUCK FINN COMMENTS: According to one poll, 19% of Americans believe we are in recession and 57% believe we're going into recession within the next 12 months. The media and  analysts aren't willing to say we're in recession until we've had 2 consecutive quarters of negative growth. Yeah, tell that to my banker, my credit card companies, my school loans, and to my phone company.

HUCK FINN COMMENTS: America has been painfully watching the race war between Hillary and Obama for the last few weeks. Since Putin gave Hillary an upper edge with the crying suggestion in Putin's Famous Chess Move, I thought I'd even out the score and give Obama a counterattack move since his race angle against Hillary was: (1) Stupid, (2) Divides the country, and (3) Doesn't focus on the 10 issues I would like all the candidates to address in the TOP 10 Issues.
